  Eva Malki  
  Eva brings over 20 years of experience as a real estate broker and CPA in the Bay Area to help her clients make the most informed decisions regarding the various financial and investment aspects of real estate purchase and sales transactions. 

After graduating with a B.A. in Economics at the University of California at Santa Barbara, Eva continued on to graduate school at the University of Southern California, where she earned a Master of Business Taxation.  She then joined the Tax Consulting team at EY, one of the world’s leading accounting firms, where she worked with various Fortune 500 companies, as well as tax planning for large real estate developers.  Eva combines her knowledge of the local and broader economy and how it impacts real estate, as well as tax implications of a real estate purchase or sale, along with her alliances with legal and construction advisors. This full-service approach assists her clients in making educated short and long-term planning decisions to identify the best investment opportunities for buyers and maximize the sales price for sellers. 

Eva has been dedicated to serving the community for more than two decades and has successfully assisted buyers and sellers in nearly 1,000 real estate transactions, representing over $500,000,000 in closed sales. She has extensive experience with sales requiring additional transactional support, including complex financial analysis, probate, bankruptcy, and legal and title issues. As a seasoned real estate professional, she recognizes potential issues early in the transaction process and provides guidance and support to mitigate issues. Eva has demonstrated tireless commitment to providing excellent service and support to her clients, earning their trust, referrals and repeat business.   Chris brings over 20 yrs of real estate experience to the table. He handles all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions including: contract drafting, due diligence, investment underwriting, negotiations, contract review, commercial lease preparation and review, land trusts, quieting title, 1031 exchanges, creative financing and more.
 
     


 Mary Malki

  Mary Malki graduated from University of California, Berkeley in Spring 2021, and brings several years of experience in customer service, venue management, and human resources. She is currently a real estate agent and is planning on pursuing a career in Real Estate Law. Mary is excited to begin her career in real estate and help clients reach their real estate and financial goals!

  Dina started her professional career in the Real Estate Industry in May of 1998. She is a seasoned and experienced realtor with the golden touch. Her first order of business is getting to know you. Her number one duty to her clients is to inform and educate before moving forward with any transaction. She is only interested in her client's best interest with a favorable outcome. From her first-time buyers to seasoned investors, she approaches every transaction with expertise and skill. Her number one goal is to help clients navigate comfortably through the sometimes confusing real estate process.

In her 23 years of hard work in the industry she will tell you that it's a 24/7 job and has enjoyed every minute of it. She has you covered with purchase financing, selling your home, dumping your loan because it is upside down or investing in income producing properties. 

She's licensed in California as a Realtor and in Florida as a Broker. Her background and humble roots started in banking. Having an extensive knowledge in banking and finance gives her leverage over her peers and puts her in a position to be able to maneuver the hardest transactions. She's worked with loss mitigation departments within national lending institutions since the beginning of her career. There is no transaction that is too big or too small for her to handle.   Justin is a graduate of University of South Florida with a B.S. in Business Management and Minoring in Economics and Finance. He enjoys analyzing businesses and critiquing them for maximum income potential. He is quite a visionary and firmly believes that without the right people there is no growth. He has a keen sense of business-minded individuals and cherishes the relationships that he has built for many years. He is extremely patient with all clients and with his support even the smallest project can be built into something substantial if given the right opportunity.  

Justin has continued a very strong work ethic in many different areas of real estate since 2005.  He quickly learned that real estate was his calling starting as a CAM property manager in various high-rise projects in South Florida for Continental Group (now First Service Residential). He progressed on and began to manage the apartment building in which he was a tenant in 2007 and led into managing the owner's portfolio. He has been involved in the sale of various apartment buildings. He has worked both in South Florida as a consultant as well as California as Broker/Owner of JD Realty Solutions. His focus is on distressed assets, short sales and also negotiating note purchases from GSE institutions, local banks and credit unions. He serves New Connection Real Estate with critical knowledge in both markets as well as other future markets of economic growth throughout the US. New Connection Real Estate has recently expanded to Florida with his involvement.
